I was struck by how much Georgia reminded me of my character Delilah. It's a little annoying when you see something similar to a character/story you've been planning, but this time it was also fun for me, just seeing a real person play a comparable character and enjoying all of the little details that I felt fit my character, too.

Qué sera sera
My roommate Hannah just bought seasons 1 and 2 of Dead Like Me on DVD and we watched the first episode tonight. So good!!

I'm excited to see where the show goes! Terry has been telling me about it forever.

I heard, I heard, what you gonna do?
God, I love Parks and Rec. I rewatched one of my favorite exchanges today, a deleted scene from the episode 'Kaboom':
Marlene: "You cut through the red tape? Honey, don't you know why red tape was invented? To cover your ass. Red tape is our pants."
Leslie: "Mom, I went rogue. I went cowboy. Now I have to find a way to go reverse-cowboy."
Marlene: "Leslie, please. You don't even know what that means. What are you trying to say?"
Leslie: "I built a playground in a day. A day. It was like your stories of cocaine."
Marlene: "Leslie, those were different times. Everyone in government was doing cocaine. It was like Snapple."
Today I find myself strangely free of artistic duties, so I think I will draw me some Between Gears. :)

Give me some rope tie me to the dream

Check out my fan art on Briar Hollow this week!
Dude, best commission ever: Catbus + koala + panda for David Harper. So ridiculously much fun.

as;dlkfjalskdmf;laskdfj I have so much love for Fringe.
SO.
MUCH.
LOVE.
My latest obsession is this full-length, piano version of the theme song:
If I find sheet music I like, I'd love to try learning this song on my keyboard! I also reeeeeeally want to do fan art, but that is just something that will have to wait. ;__; It will be so sweet when I finally find the time. <3

The stories would excite me
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
I have been waiting so long to watch these episodes again.
Ego side story: when you search Google Images for "Tom Haverford", "Ron Swanson", or "April Ludgate", you get my fan art. <3 This pleases me. You can bet there will be new fan art after rewatching season 2. I remember there was a Tammy drawing for "I'd rather be Cleopatra" that I never finished...

I'd be love and sweetness if I had you
Every year I miss 24 Hour Comics Day, but this year I forgive myself, because I'm actually taking a 4-hour art seminar that day on visual journaling. How perfect is that?
But for anyone else interested, I hope you can participate! It looks really fun...I wanna do it next year!!
Ugh, watching waaaay too much TV on Hulu and drawing at my desk. 3 entire pages down today, and about 5 hours of The Office, Community, SNL, 30 Rock, Bones, and Dollhouse down as well.

Not chasing a dream I'm wasting time cause everything I want is mine
I LOOOOOVE Infomania. New favorite show. <3 It's on Current TV Thursday nights at 10.
My friend Emily got me into Sarah Haskins this year, and we would squeal on our couch every time she released a new video.
I decided to try Infomania because the clips we were watching came from a larger show, and maybe there would be more Sarah Haskins on it.
Sadly, there is not. Happily, there is a lot of other talent on that show. I am loving all of the small sideshows to the Soup-esque main segment--there's Sarah Haskin's Target Women, Suggested Summer Reading, Infomania Editorial, That's Gay, and Viral Video Film School to name a few. Observe! (Demo Reel segment around 12:00 is the greatest thing ever!!!)
Also, the theme song is great. Here's the full version of the song:

Blaaaaah 4-year college
Out of Place chapter 6 is shaping up nicely---all that's left is toning, lettering, and some final effects, but I hope to finish by tomorrow and have the next month and a half of updates done early. Then it's AROO, and I am going to try my darnedest to get excited about it!
School is hard. D: Why do I have to know the 4 functions of management or the 5 characteristics of successful goal making? I know the 3 steps to apply eyeshadow correctly, so I think I'm good (/half sarcastic).
LOST, The Office, 30 Rock, and The Soup. My Wednesday-Friday is a happy, happy time. :) If you watch LOST: Dan and Richard are my favorite characters, so you can imagine how much I enjoyed that last episode! *A*
